We only ordered these memorial cards last Weds 17th, we received copy of the proof on the Thurs to approve and then we received a further email to say that cards were being dispatched on the Fri. We received them on Mon 22nd Jan. I ordered these in memory of my nephew, who passed away in Nov 2023 after a long battle with cancer. He was an avid Liverpool supporter, so we were so glad to see that there was a Liverpool card option.

Brilliant service and quick delivery, I was doing a re-order and it was processed and posted very quickly, especially as it was less than 2 weeks before Christmas. Special mention to Sinead who responded quickly to my emails and kept me up to date on the order process.

I was visiting a friend who had lost his wife recently and he showed me the key rings he had gone done I went on the Monday and seen all the options I placed an order for key rings I told them that I required on Friday at the latest they supplied on Friday and they had done a fantastic job thank you for a job well done in a short time

In these Covid times it is now very difficult to get customer service from companies but this was definitely not the case with the Memorial Card Company. I submitted my order online but then rang them because I had my own design and didn’t want to use their suggested templates. They answered the phone promptly, assured me there would be no problem with my design I just needed to email wording and layout and photo. They confirmed receipt of my email immediately. A day later I had a proof cope from their designer which was beautiful and far exceeded my expectations. No corrections necessary. They were then posted out. I could not fault one aspect of their service or delivery and really cannot recommend them highly enough. This was a memorial card for my father and their kind, professional and can do manner was a great help during a sad and difficult time.
I found Memorial Card Company online and what a lucky find it was. I wanted to design my husband's Acknowledgement Card and use my own photos. As I am not very computer savvy, it was much easier to talk it through over the phone . Sinead phoned me and designed the card, she was so understanding and patient when I made many changes --finally after 4 proofs & many telephone conversations, she had designed the card exactly as I wanted. I approved the proof and 4 days later the cards were delivered by courier. I am really pleased with the cards-- great quality paper & print, the photos as so clear.I am so grateful to Sinead and all the team for their wonderful service, understanding and patience at this difficult time in our lives. Michael Williams, London I ordered my memorial bookmarks about a week prior to flying out to Jamaica for my mums funeral, they arrived on time and were of very high quality, they sent a sample key ring with my order which I had not asked for and because of the high quality of the key rings I had to put order in, my concern was if I would get them in time , because I was flying out in days now. All along I had been placing my order with Sinead, who was very tentative and extremely professional during this time, she assured me I would receive my order in time. ,My order arrived two days before I departed for Jamaica. I can't express my thanks to the Memorial Card Company...not for the quality of their product but the service provided, one of the best if not the best customer service I've ever experienced. We ordered a brochure pack which had a booklet of all the memorial card designs and other products available, there was also a booklet of verses, it was nice just to sit and go through. We requested other samples from other companies, and they did not contain anything like this.We decided to go with one of their new design memorial cards featuring a purple rose as this was my mums favorite colour and she loved her flowers.From start to finish this company did a great job on the quality and presentation as well as the level of customer service for these memorial cards,We would like to thank everyone involved and wouldn’t hesitate on recommending and using this company again.

I would recommend The Memorial card company highly as the the team were amazing from the first point of call to the end result. I went for the new Gold Foil memorial cards and the quality was beyond my expectations. I had huge requests for these cards as it was the last thing I could do for my Daddy and Sinead was brilliant at helping me with a few little tweaks that she felt could be better for the end result as she could obviously see that we wanted them to be special and they sure was!!!
