Don't grieve for me for now I'm free;

I took His hand when I heard Him call;

He never thought when leaving home,
He would never more return,
That he in death so soon would sleep,
And leave us here alone.
 
A sudden call from God on high,
You had no chance to say goodbye,
Without farewell you fell asleep,
But memories of you we will always keep;
And those who loved you dearly,
Are the ones who won't forget.
 
No farewells were spoken,

Amazing Grace – Verse 246

1. Amazing grace how sweet the sound! that saved a wretch like me! I once lost, but now am found; was blind, but now I see.
2. ‘Twas grace that taught my heart to fear, and grace my fears relieved :how precious did that grace appear the hour I first believed!
3. Through many dangers, toils and snares I have already come; ‘tis grace has brought me safe thus far, and grace will lead me home.

1. Abide with me; fast falls the eventide; The darkness deepens; Lord with me abide; When other helpers fail, and comforts flee, Help of the helpless, O abide with me.

2. Swift to its close ebbs out life’s little day; Earth’s joys grow dim, its glories pass away; Change and decay in all around I see; O thou who changest not, abide with me.

3. I need thy presence every passing hour; What but thy grace can foil the tempter’s power? Who like thyself my guide and stay can be? Through cloud and sunshine. O abide with me.

1. O Lord my God! When I in awesome wonder consider all the works thy hand hath made, I see the stars, I hear the mighty thunder, thy power throughout the universe displayed :
